I bring an extensive track record in driving change for brands such as JP Morgan, KPMG and Barclays - as well as tech innovators and boutique consultancies - across a diverse range of initiatives which include:

  • launching new products to market

  • designing and implementing new operating models and mission critical systems

  • performing project assurance, point-in-time reviews and project recovery

  • remediating failings in current operational and change systems

  • introducing and accelerating change delivery capabilities

This adds up to over 20,000 hours of change delivery towards successful outcomes, and just as importantly, learning fast from what could have been done differently.

My PhD that focused upon risk & resilience and recognised training in Psychological Coaching enhance and strengthen this practical expertise with proven tools and techniques for improving performance and empowering teams to achieve change mastery.
